Over fifteen years of practice have taught me that great projects live in the gap between intent and execution. I founded ADA Architects in 2019 to work in that gap — translating design vision into construction reality, on time, on budget, and on the ground.
My background spans residential, hospitality, and mixed-use work across Lebanon, the GCC, and Africa. From a 12,000 sqm palace in Saudi Arabia to a 35,000 sqm resort masterplan in Dakar, the through-line has been the same: a rigorous approach to concept, drawing, coordination, and handover.
Today, based in Dubai and available for site architect positions across the UAE and KSA, I bring the full toolkit of an independent principal — concept, 2D and 3D documentation, Photoshop visualization, BOQ, contractor management, and site supervision through handover.
Every project starts with the brief. I dig into the client's intent, the site's constraints, and the budget — then translate all three into a clear design direction.
Concept through schematic design, in 2D and 3D. I work iteratively — sketches, plans, renders, models — until the design speaks clearly to everyone in the room.
Execution drawings, material specifications, BOQ. I produce the documentation that contractors can build from — without ambiguity, without rework.
Site coordination, contractor management, quality control. I'm on the ground from groundbreaking to handover, protecting the design intent through every trade.
Final finishes, snagging, and closeout. The project isn't done until the keys are in the client's hand and the space is performing as designed.
